Fall Foraging Workshop

Fall Foraging Workshop

Fall Foraging Workshop

September 11, 2024

We are doing an early Fall foraging workshop at the Ziprick entrance to Mission Creek Regional Park.

Be there for 9am, and bring your hiking shoes and water bottle.  Dress for the weather and bring bug spray.  Plan for 2 to 4 hours.

As the bears are now preparing for their winter hybernation, we should keep the chatter going while out on the hike, and I'll share this again in person at the Ziprick parking lot.  We've never had a problem in the past, and we want to keep it that way.

If you are a new registrant, your foraging notebook may or may not be available the morning of the hike, depending on how many new attendees there are.  But rest assured, you WILL get your foraging notebook and pen, even if we have to arrange a later drop-off/pick-up of the notebook.

If you are a returning attendee, please bring your notebook and pen with you to jot down any notes you want to remember during the workshop and out on the trail.

Please register either by sending your $30 via etransfer to bnhc@naturalhealthgodsway.ca or by clicking here to pay using credit card.
